DELIVERING LIFE AND STYLE ON FISH LANE, CROFT & CREMORNE IS A NEW MIXED-USE, MULTI-RESIDENTIAL AND RETAIL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT IN THE HEART OF BRISBANE.
Leading Queensland-based property development company, Stockwell, appointed Popular Demand Agency as their property marketing experts for the project marketing delivery of Croft & Cremorne in Fish Lane, Brisbane. Delivering a full brand identity and sales and marketing collateral, along with the development of the project website and sales suite design for the residential and retail development, Popular Demand Agency brought to life this iconic and opulent Brisbane development.

Creating a world of life and style, Croft & Cremorne represents a prized address on Fish Lane, and we delivered a befitting brand oozing style and elegance, balanced with depth and connection to its surrounding neighbourhood.
An opulent oasis above the vibrant arts and dining scene of South Brisbane, the brand favoured colours of luxurious gold and bold blacks, to tell a story of a private retreat connected to the best Brisbane had to offer.
Website, Microsite, & Landing Pages
The Croft & Cremorne master website, supporting microsite and landing pages work together to hero the brand and capture traffic from organic searches and targeted advertising and UMS campaign searches, while delivering strategic call to action cues. The web assets also serve as a platform to capture retargeting opportunities and critical in nurturing, tracking and converting leads.
Sales Display Suite DESIGN
Designed within a heritage-listed character building on Fish Lane, we designed the Croft & Cremorne sales suite and delivered signage and creative recommendations, produced finishes boards and managed the creative installation process, resulting in an iconic sales display suite.
Sales and Marketing Brochures
A twin set of property sales brochures were created to individually market each of the two buildings at Croft & Cremorne.
Carefully designed with gold ink to bring to life the brand palette, the sales brochures were accompanied by sales toolkits and flipbooks containing floorplans, floorplates and property specifications, creating a premium suite of collateral for use by the property sales team.
